Navagraha Pratishtha at Ramagiri

On 20th August, 2013 Navagraha Pratishtha was done at Ramagiri by H.H. Swami Krishnananda Saraswathy.

In this article we shall further explain the concept of Navagraha and it’s importance. Jagadguru Swami Sathyananda Saraswathi Maharaj had created and implemented the concept of Jyothi Prayanam. 501 lamps from 501 temples and pilgrimage spots from all over India were collected and brought unextinguished to Trivandrum. H H Swami Krishnananda Saraswathi brought Jyothis from the birth places of Swami Nityananda, Gnaneshwar Maharaj, Gautam Budha , Mahavira, from the Jyothirlingas and many other such important and holy places and combined them into one divine Jyothi. That Jyothi burns 24 hrs a day in Ramagiri Ashram. The same concept has been extended to the Navagrahas as Navagraha Jyothi. The eternal lamp sheds a light of divinity that extends upto the Navagrahas and removes all evil effects.  Navagraha Pooja, Havan and Parikrama of the Navagraha Jyothi removes all Navagraha Doshas from one’s life. All are invited to come and partake of its blessings.
